The NVCDC is committed to improving the quality of life for the residents,
and members in the neighborhoods we serve. Towards this goal, the
NVCDC is committed to help resident members reduce the cost of
household energy, and to help the environment by the promotion of solar,
wind, and other alternative energy. The NVCDC will help establish
community solar/alternative energy cooperative programs through
coordination with existing programs or the facilitation of new programs to
bring the benefit of alternative energy to the Neighborhoods we serve. To
