The NVCDC want to promote access to modern digital technology to our
membership and those living and working in the neighborhoods we serve.
This access includes basic instruction to members and neighbors on the
use and availability of application and software, with an emphasis on open
source systems and low cost access to the internet. The NVCDC will
coordinate to help bring these resources to our neighborhoods through
existing programs, or the establishment of new programs to help these
under-served communities get affordable access to the internet and the
information and resources available in the digital environment. The
NVCDC will strive to avail the community of free, and low cost
cooperative options to attain the goals of these programs. Access and
instruction for NVCDC members will be available for emerging
technology in the areas of basic CNC operations such as 3D printing,
pattern making, and promotional product production utilizing a number
of different CNC driven technologies at our promotional facilities. Any
