The NVCDC makes a lot of connections in the local communities where we
are involved, and beyond. Volunteering for the NVCDC helps
neighborhoods and can help you gain valuable skills, as well as
demonstrating your civic pride and dedication to community. These skills,
and the NVCDC connections can lead to work through our community
referral program. The NVCDC works with Construction Trade Unions
and their volunteer programs and this is an avenue to good paying trade
