The home office of the northern valley community development
corporation is located at 3139 west street in weirton, west virginia. This location is set up to serve the steel valley area along the ohio river from ambridge, pennsylvania to wheeling, west virginia and the small communities in the area in pennsylvania, ohio, and west virginia. The home office is at the center of this are of the valley, and is about 30 minutes from either end of this service area. The nvcdc hosts the initial chapter of this organization in the downtown neighborhood of weirton. we are looking for people who want to see our mission expand to their neighborhoods in the valley.
